+ QUALITY POLICY AND FOOD SAFETY POLICY
Thai Kameda Co., Ltd. has established the product quality and food safety policy as following details;
-Commit to develop the quality and food safety system which will increase our Thai Kameda product standard.
-Commit to control and inspect the quality of product throughout the processing until finished product.
-Setup the system for screening the best quality Raw material to use in processing.
-Routinely verify the efficacy of cleaning; environment relevant with production process such as air borne, swab test, allergen test, etc.
-Give the knowledge for front line employee to be aware in product quality and food safety.
+ ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY
- Commitment to improving the environment caused by its activities directly and indirectly.
- Commitment to comply with environmental laws and regulations relating to the affairs of the
company strictly
- Effort to continue saving energy and resources by Reduce Reuse Recycle.
- Commitment to manage and prevent the pollutions from wastewater, air pollution and waste material from our activities.
- Training to all employees and concerned person for environmental care awareness, and responsible for doing compliance with all standards and procedures.
+ ENERGY POLICY
- Energy conservation is an integral part of the operations of the organization. The executives must emphasize on the importance of the energy management and operation.
- The company encourages all employees to participate in energy conservation and to do the operation in the complying way of energy conservation management. This is in order to reduce the energy consumption and to reduce the cost of production.
- The company defines the presentation of energy conservation plan of all sections. We set the target together to reduce total energy consumption for 3%.We conduct the revision of the conservation target to become appropriated.
- We commit to the energy conservation promotion Act (B.E. 2550) to efficiently conserve the energy.
- We set up annual review of the energy conservation policy, target and energy conservation plan
- We encourage the training to enhance the knowledge and understanding to our employees.
- We improve energy efficiency of the organization towards the economical way of energy consumption.
+ OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH,SAFETY AND SURROUNDING POLICY
- Safety of work is considered to be as a part of the job and is responsibility of everyone in all level.
Everyone should apply it to be a practical manner in order to ensure the safety of the work for oneself and colleagues.
- We establish a safety committee in order to have management that comply the Occupation Health, Safety and Surrounding Policy.
- We will support and promote the implementations and activities about Occupation Health, Safety and Surrounding in workplace. We do comply with safety law, environmental law and any relevant laws in order to have effective operation and continuously improvement.
- Commander at all levels must act as a role model and supervise the work of subordinate. He or she must control the surrounding condition of workplace to comply with the safety regulation. He or she must train/motivate the employee to work in safely manner.
- All employees must aware of the safety of their own, colleagues and the assets of the company during the operation.
- All employee have a duty to cooperate with the safety projects and suggest and idea to improve
The workplace’s surrounding, safety of works,cleanness,and regularity in order to have good safety and good environment.
- We will arrange for the monitoring and evaluation of safety management policy to ensure safety of all employees during operation and to enhance the morale as well.
- Third parties and contractors who contract within the company are required to strictly comply with the above requirements as well.
